We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the restaurant’s inventory, stock, and daily store operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper stock levels, ensuring timely availability of materials, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Receive, check, and properly store food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase/requisition requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
- Coordinate with the purchase, kitchen, restaurant, and accounts teams.
- Check incoming materials for quantity, quality, and expiry dates.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock management.
- Minimize wastage, damage, and stock loss.




- Maintain all necessary stock registers, invoices, and documentation.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
