- Answer inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain slimming/weight-management packages and services.
- Schedule and reschedule client appointments.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain customer records and appointment details.
- Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff.
- Collect feedback and resolve basic customer complaints.
- Support the clinic in achieving enquiry-to-appointment targets.
- Good communication skills
- Customer-service and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and qualified attitude.
- Ability to follow up with customers and meet targets.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
