Role description

Role Overview:

Experienced Technical Test Architect who can assess the current QA landscape including automation frameworks QA processes tooling and GenAI adoption and define a transformation roadmap toward AIdriven and agentic quality engineering

Key Responsibilities

Assess current QA automation frameworks processes tools and delivery maturity

Evaluate GenAI adoption opportunities across the testing lifecycle

Identify gaps in automation governance scalability coverage and engineering practices

Define a targetstate architecture and blueprint for agentic QA workflows

Recommend tools accelerators quality agents orchestration models and governance mechanisms

Develop a phased transformation roadmap with business outcomes success metrics and implementation priorities

Engage with stakeholders to align on strategy architecture and execution plans

Required Experience

5-8 years in QA Automation Test Architecture or Quality Engineering Transformation

Strong expertise in automation frameworks CICD AgileDevOps and enterprise QA processes

Experience with GenAIenabled testing AIassisted development tools and agentic workflows

Knowledge of LLMagnostic architecture and enterprise AI ecosystem integration

Proven track record in assessmentled transformation and solution blueprinting

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Mobility Testing (iOS, Android, Streaming)
