Role Summary for Analyst

- The Product Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring and maintaining healthcare products, groups, benefit plans, and related system components within TriZetto Facets.
- The role ensures timely and accurate implementation of group setups, renewals, plan changes, and maintenance requests while meeting quality, productivity, compliance, and turnaround-time requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

- Knowledge of healthcare benefit plan and group configuration in TriZetto Facets.
- Understanding of group setup and implementation processes.
- Ability to analyze benefit documents, contracts, and business requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of healthcare payer configuration experience.
- Experience supporting product or group implementations.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance products and benefit structures

Required Platform:

- Hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets product, benefit, or group configuration. Domain Knowledge

Role Summary for Lead I - BPM Product Configuration Lead - The BPM Product Configuration Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end product and group configuration activities within the TriZetto Facets platform while driving operational excellence through Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies. The role provides leadership for new group implementations, benefit plan configuration, renewals, maintenance, quality governance, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with business requirements, service levels, quality expectations, and BPM best practices. The Lead serves as the primary liaison between business, product, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of group and product configurations

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

Deep expertise in healthcare payer product and group configuration within TriZetto Facets. Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, accumulators, eligibility, and enrollment dependencies. Robust Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge with experience in process improvement and operations governance. Ability to interpret contracts, benefit summaries,



and implementation requirements. Strong leadership, project coordination, stakeholder management, and people management skills. Experience managing configuration teams, BPM operations, and quality governance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience 8+ years of healthcare payer configuration and BPM operations experience.

· Minimum 3+ years in a Lead, Supervisory, or Operations Management role.

· Experience supporting Commercial, ACA, Medicare, and/or Medicaid products

· Experience with large-scale group implementations, renewals, and operational process management.

· Experience in healthcare payer BPM environments, shared services, or managed services operations is preferred.

· Required Platform Hands-on expertise in TriZetto Facets product, benefit, and group configuration.
