We are building a modern digital learning ecosystem focused on engaging teaching, high-quality academic content, structured courses, test series and student-focused learning.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and camera-confident NEET Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team and help us create high-quality, engaging NEET preparation content.

The role will initially focus on YouTube content creation and recorded lectures, followed by a transition to our Digital Learning Platform for recorded courses, live classes and student doubt-solving sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Record at least 3 high-quality Chemistry lectures per day in our skilled teaching studio.
- Prepare your own PPTs, lecture plans and teaching content for assigned NEET Chemistry topics.
- Teach using our digital board setup and studio equipment.
- Create concept-focused, NEET-oriented lectures aligned with the syllabus and exam pattern.
- Participate in curriculum design, academic planning and course structuring.
- Assist in question paper and test-series development, including question selection, review and difficulty-level analysis.
- Contribute to the development of ACEOPTIO Chemistry books, notes, study material and other academic resources.
- Coordinate with the academic team for creating and reviewing high-quality study material.
- Create engaging educational content for the ACEOPTIO NEET YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with the content team to create both long-form videos and short-form videos.

First Month – YouTube Content Creation

During the first month,



the primary focus will be on building ACEOPTIO NEET’s YouTube content.

You will be required to:

- Shoot regular long-form Chemistry videos for our YouTube channel.
- Create short-form educational videos/YouTube Shorts.
- Participate in educational, motivational and NEET-focused content.
- Maintain consistency in recording and content delivery.

After the Initial YouTube Phase

After the initial YouTube content phase, we will gradually transition to our Digital Learning Platform, where your responsibilities will include:

- Recording structured NEET Chemistry courses and lectures.
- Conducting live Chemistry classes.
- Conducting regular live doubt-solving sessions.
- Interacting with students and resolving their academic doubts.
- Supporting student engagement and academic performance.
- Contributing to course improvement based on student feedback and performance.
- Participating in future academic initiatives and recent course launches.

Teaching Style We Expect

The ideal candidate should:

- Have excellent conceptual clarity in Chemistry.
- Be confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Teach in an energetic, interactive and student-friendly manner.
- Use real-life examples, problem-solving techniques, shortcuts and relatable explanations wherever appropriate.
- Follow a motivational and engaging teaching style inspired by leading EdTech platforms such as PW and Unacademy.
- Keep students engaged during both recorded and live classes.
- Explain complex concepts in a simple, structured and exam-oriented manner.




- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be comfortable using a digital board and modern teaching technology.

Preferred Experience

- 3–4+ years of experience teaching NEET Chemistry students is preferred.
- Experience with reputed NEET coaching institutes or EdTech platforms will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in recorded lectures, YouTube teaching or live online classes will be preferred.
- Experience in question paper creation, curriculum development or study-material preparation will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

If you have access to a digital board, we strongly prefer that you teach using the digital board. Otherwise, you may use a whiteboard. If neither is available, you may use a chart paper.

Please demonstrate how you would teach NEET Chemistry to students in an engaging, interactive and concept-focused manner.
