About the Company

We are establishing an in-house digital marketing team in Bangalore for Genius Investment Company, a Saudi Arabia–based business group with multiple luxury retail ventures. Our businesses specialize in ultra-premium, handcrafted bespoke tailoring and formalwear, including custom-made suits, blazers, business attire, and occasion wear. With a retail presence across major Saudi markets, including Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, we serve discerning clients who value premium Italian and British fabrics, exceptional fit, and elite tailoring craftsmanship.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to lead digital marketing activities for our luxury brands in the Saudi Arabian market.

The role will focus on building brand visibility, generating high-quality customer inquiries, driving store visits, and improving digital performance across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok





Develop targeted campaigns focused on high-value customers in the Saudi market. Generate and improve high-quality leads and customer inquiries.

Track campaign performance, budgets, CPL, conversions, and overall ROI. Work closely with the creative team on luxury-focused content and advertising campaigns.

Coordinate campaigns around Saudi seasons, cultural events, Ramadan, Eid, and other key periods.

Analyze customer and campaign data and continuously optimize performance.

Work closely with the sales/store teams to improve the journey from online inquiry to store visit and conversion.

Candidate Profile

4+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.

Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience with Snapchat and TikTok advertising is an advantage.

Strong analytical and performance-tracking skills.

Experience in luxury fashion, retail, automotive, real estate, jewelry, or other premium/high-ticket industries is preferred. Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns.

Good understanding of lead generation and customer conversion funnels.
