Smart Logics is an IT company looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products and services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through website, social media.
- Schedule online product demonstrations for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge specially MS Excel.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
