WE ARE HIRING – DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN

Experience: 6–15 Years
Salary: 16,000 – 25,000 per month
Locations: Jagatsinghpur | Deogarh | Bhawanipatna | Keonjhar, Odisha

Job Responsibilities

- Perform hemodialysis procedures as per prescribed protocols.
- Operate and monitor dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis.
- Monitor vital signs and identify dialysis-related complications.
- Perform safe cannulation and provide vascular access care.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and dialysis documentation.
- Perform equipment cleaning, disinfection and routine checks.
- Ensure availability and proper use of dialysis consumables.
- Coordinate with Nephrologists, Medical Officers,



Nurses and other healthcare staff.
- Provide appropriate patient education and support.
- Respond promptly to dialysis emergencies and escalate to the medical team when required.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or equivalent qualification.
- 6–15 years of relevant dialysis experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of hemodialysis.
- Good understanding of dialysis machines, vascular access and complications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.

Job Locations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
