Position Title: Client calling & updation Executive

About the Role:

The role involves connecting with existing property owners and landlords, verifying the latest details of their commercial properties, and maintaining accurate and updated property information in the company’s CRM/system.

What You’ll Do

● Connect with existing property owners/landlords through calls.

● Verify property availability, location, area, pricing and other relevant details.

● Confirm any changes in property status, ownership or availability.

● Update and maintain accurate property and owner information in the CRM.

● Conduct regular follow-ups to keep the property database updated.





● Identify properties requiring further verification or follow-up.

● Coordinate with the Sales Team and share relevant property updates.

● Maintain proper records of calls, responses and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Comfortable with telecalling and regular follow-ups.

● Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

● Detail-oriented with good data management skills.

● Prior experience in telecalling, CRM or real estate is an advantage.

● Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
