Position: PROPOSAL & ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Scope & URS Study

- Analyse URS, tender documents, and technical specifications
- Identify scope gaps, compliance needs, and risks
- Prepare technical clarification points

System Architecture & Solution Design

- Develop PLC, SCADA, and network architecture
- Define automation philosophy & system layout
- Recommend hardware & control strategies

I/O & Load Estimation

- Prepare I/O lists and signal classifications
- Evaluate system capacity & scalability
- Identify critical & safety signals

BOM Preparation & Costing

- Prepare detailed hardware & panel BOM
- Coordinate with vendors & procurement for costing
- Support value engineering for cost optimization

Proposal & Offer Preparation

- Prepare technical proposals & scope descriptions
- Define inclusions, exclusions & assumptions
- Support commercial offer preparation

Technical Discussions

- Support sales team in client meetings & clarifications
- Participate in technical discussions when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
