Outdoor Media Manager – Rajasthan

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Outdoor Media Manager to manage and develop our Outdoor Advertising / OOH Media business across Rajasthan.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Rajasthan outdoor media market, including hoardings, billboards, transit media, unipoles, kiosks, bus shelters, wall branding and other OOH advertising formats.

Experience working with an Advertising Agency, Media Agency or Outdoor Media Company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop Outdoor Media business across Rajasthan.
- Identify new outdoor advertising opportunities and locations across major cities and towns in Rajasthan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media owners, vendors, government authorities and clients.
- Plan and execute outdoor media campaigns based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with media owners and vendors for availability, rates, bookings and execution.
- Negotiate competitive media rates and commercial terms with vendors.
- Prepare media plans, quotations, proposals and campaign estimates.
- Coordinate outdoor campaign execution and ensure timely installation and removal of advertising materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify visibility, branding quality and campaign execution.




- Coordinate with creative and production teams for artwork, printing and installation requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of outdoor media sites, media owners, vendors and rates across Rajasthan.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify current OOH opportunities.
- Handle client communication, campaign updates and execution reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination and closure of campaigns.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Outdoor Media / OOH / Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan outdoor advertising market.
- Existing relationships with outdoor media owners and vendors will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling large-scale outdoor campaigns will be preferred.
- Good negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and vendors.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan for site visits and client meetings.
- Candidates with experience in Government / PSU advertising projects will be an added advantage.
