Job Overview

Arema Technologies is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Software Support Executive to assist clients with software-related queries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure a smooth user experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to clients regarding software-related queries and issues.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic software problems.
- Guide users through software features, processes, and solutions.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Identify and report technical issues to the development or technical team.
- Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist clients with basic software setup, configuration, and usage.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.




- Provide feedback to the technical team regarding recurring user issues.
- Prepare basic support reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical issues in a easy manner.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
- Freshers can apply.
