Job Role:
Handle property sales, generate leads, meet potential customers, explain project details, arrange site visits, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers
- Conduct site visits and meet clients
- Negotiate and assist in closing deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Tamil & English communication preferred
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Real estate experience is an advantage
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
