We are looking for a SAP FICO & Finance Learning Coach who brings high energy, adaptability, and a practical mindset to the learning space. As a Coach, you won't just explain SAP transactions—you will guide learners through real-world finance scenarios, SAP implementation workflows, practical projects, and job-oriented problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Experiential & Hands-on Learning

- Lead implementation-focused training in SAP FICO, Accounting, and Finance using real-world business scenarios.
- Convert complex SAP and Finance concepts into simple, practical activities and case studies.
- Conduct online and offline training, including evening batches and flexible delivery schedules.
- Create practical exercises, assignments, assessments, SAP activities, and project-based learning.

2. Coach, Mentor & Build Job-Ready Talent

- Conduct 1-on-1 mentoring, practical reviews, and skill-gap analysis.
- Guide learners through SAP FICO implementation scenarios and Finance projects.
- Prepare learners for SAP FICO and Finance technical interviews.




- Conduct mock interviews and provide actionable feedback on technical and communication skills.
- Mentor learners in project documentation, portfolio development, and industry readiness.

3. Continuous Curriculum & Industry Innovation

- Continuously update SAP FICO and Finance learning tracks based on current industry requirements.
- Regularly connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand changing SAP and Finance expectations.
- Introduce relevant digital finance tools, SAP updates, and AI-powered productivity tools into the learning workflow.
- Continuously upskill and bring current industry practices into the classroom.

4. Ecosystem & Industry Engagement

- Represent Cokonet at college campuses through workshops, seminars, bootcamps, webinars, and guest sessions.
- Support internship-oriented activities and industry-focused SAP/Finance projects.
- Collaborate with Academics, Operations, and Placement teams to support learner and hiring outcomes.

Academic & Experience Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of teaching/training experience preferred.
- Experience in a relevant SAP FICO / Finance / Accounting domain along with teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of SAP FICO and core Finance/Accounting processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching, continuous learning, and technology.
- SAP FICO / Finance / Accounting certifications are an added advantage.
