Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager(Finishing ) with proven experience in finishing work /water bodies/ hardscaping, marble installation. The ideal candidate will oversee in office execution, ensure quality control, and coordinate with design and procurement teams to deliver high-end finishes in landscape and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute hardscape installations including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and decorative stone features, water bodies, cycle track etc.
- Oversee marble and natural stone installation, ensuring precision in cutting, laying, and finishing.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to ensure color schemes and material selections align with project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings for site execution.
- Conduct site surveys, leveling, and layout marking for stone and marble works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines.




- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage workflow and material delivery.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption logs, and quality checklists.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in hardscaping and stone/marble installation.
- Strong knowledge of natural stone types, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
