Required Skills & Qualifications

● HSC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

● 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service, medical billing(preferred)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.

● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

● Willingness to work US shifts. Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle management.

● Prior experience in a BPO or healthcare support workplace. What We Offer
