Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, interacting with prospective clients, arranging site visits, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for bookings and documentation.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and a passion for sales can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
