To follow current good manufacturing practices on shop floor. To maintain the equipment and area always in presentable condition. That final products meet high quality standards. For active participation during audits and training. To perform all duties protected and secured manner. Responsibilities:(Please write all the major jobs that the employee is required to carry out) Entry and Exit in plant premises: Follow SOP No. HR003 for proper gowning and de-gowning procedure. Slurry , Mass and Liquid preparation : Follow SOP No. HM012, HM013, HM014, HM002, HM003, HM022,and HM026,for operation and cleaning of solution Mixer vessel, Mass Mixer vessel, Storage tank, Mechanical sifter, Sigma kneader, 2KL Vessel with stirrer and 5KL Vessel with stirrer . Impregnation and coating: Follow SOP No.HM004, HM005, HM015, HM016, and HM028, for operation and cleaning of POP Coating Machine, POP Slitting Machine, AT Coating Machine, AT Slitting Machine and EAB coating machine. Usage and cleaning of utensils and production aids: Follow SOP No. HM031 for usage and cleaning of utensils and production aids. Cutting and Spoolig: Follow SOP No.HM017 for operation and cleaning of Cutting and Spooling machine. .



Adhesive Tape Multiple spooling and Hand spooling Machine: Follow SOP No. HM007 and HM009 for Adhesive Tape Multiple spooling and Hand spooling Machine. Powder filling and multi milling machine: Follow SOP No.HM020 and HM021 for operation and cleaning of Powder filling and multi milling. Bottle and pouch filling: Follow SOP No. HM023, HM035 and HM024 for operation and cleaning of bottle air Wash, Pouch filling and bottle filling machine. Auto pack and polybag sealing machine: Follow SOP No. HM018 and HM019 for operation and cleaning of Auto pack and polybag sealing machine. Domino printing Machine: Follow SOP No. HM008 for operation and cleaning of Domino printing machine. Documentation: Complete the online documentation as and when required. Environment and Health & Safety: Ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department. Participate and attend the safety and environmental training. Participate in training conducted by internal auditors. 4) Participate in various Awareness trainings on Environment, Health and Safety. Training : Regularly attend the sop’s training as per the schedule. 2) Participate in resolving the issues on the shop floor as a team member and helping to resolve machine related issues.
