Job Summary
Key responsibilities and requirements:
- Proven experience leading OCM activities for SAP projects (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ECP, S/4HANA, or similar SAP transformation programs)
- Develop and execute change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies
- Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs , training materials, and end-user adoption activities
- Partner with business and IT teams to support organizational readiness and successful solution deployment
- Robust communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills
