About the Role

CareerNaksha is looking for a motivated and responsible Student Counselor to support students in understanding their educational and career opportunities. The candidate will interact with students, conduct counseling sessions, and guide them based on their interests, skills, and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-to-one and group counseling sessions with students.
- Understand students' interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Provide guidance regarding suitable courses, career paths, and educational opportunities.
- Conduct student orientation and career awareness sessions.
- Maintain student counseling records and required documentation.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and project teams.
- Follow up with students whenever required.
- Prepare basic reports related to counseling activities.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and school authorities.
- Complete assigned project activities within timelines.





Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students.
- Basic knowledge of career and education options.
- Good listening and counseling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel locally if required.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline. Candidates from Psychology, Education, HR, Social Work, Management, or related fields will be preferred.
