We are hiring International Travel Sales & Post-Sales Executives to handle flight bookings and customer support for USA and Canada clients.

Candidates should have experience in international air ticketing, Amadeus GDS, reservations, fare rules, flight changes and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international flight bookings for US and Canada customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flight options.
- Search fares and availability using Amadeus GDS.
- Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Compare airlines, routes, fares, layovers and travel dates.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, reissues, date changes and schedule changes.
- Follow airline fare rules and applicable policies.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support through calls, email and chat.
- Maintain excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Work according to US/Canada business hours and night-shift requirements.
