About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with leads, explaining products/services, generating interest, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Explain products, services, offers and promotions to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Follow company processes and customer service standards.





Candidate Profile

- 12th pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
