Job Summary

​We are looking for a reliable, honest, and energetic Counter Staff / Store Assistant for our established kirana dukan in Danapur Bibiganj. The ideal candidate will manage daily store counter operations, attend to customers politely, handle billing, and keep the shop organized and well-stocked.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly, understand their grocery requirements quickly, and pack items accurately.
- ​Billing & Cash Handling: Manage cash counter, record daily sales accurately, and handle digital payments (UPI, QR code scanning, etc.).
- ​Stock Management & Refilling: Regularly check inventory, unpack shipments, and restock shelves with grocery items, pulses, oil, spices, packaged goods, and household essentials.
- ​Store Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products on shelves, racks, and display areas.
- ​Inventory Tracking: Inform the store owner in advance about low-stock items or products nearing their expiry dates.

​Requirements & Skills

- ​Education:



Minimum 10th pass preferred; candidates with basic reading, writing, and quick mental math skills are welcome.
- ​Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience working in a retail shop, general store, or kirana dukan (freshers with a smart and active attitude are also encouraged to apply).
- ​Communication: Good command of spoken Hindi / local language to interact comfortably with regular neighborhood customers.
- ​Personal Traits: Punctual, trustworthy, polite, and physically fit for active retail work.

Working Hours & Salary

Timings: 11:00 AM to 7PM ( WITH LUNCH BREAK)

Salary (Monthly): ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 based on experience] + perks ( paid leave )

Working Days: 6 Days a week / Monday to Saturday
