- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles such as operators, helpers, technicians, and supervisors
- Handle bulk hiring drives for manufacturing plants and project-based requirements
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (job portals, local vendors, contractors, referrals, field hiring)
- Coordinate with plant HR, production teams, and contractors to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and selection coordination
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage third-party staffing agencies
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of candidates
- Track recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and joining ratio
- Handle campus hiring / ITI / diploma institute tie-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws




- Support employer branding initiatives in local hiring markets
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
- Good understanding of manufacturing roles and shop-floor requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Knowledge of HRMS / ATS tools is an added advantage
- Familiarity with local labor markets and hiring channels

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
