Provides dedicated manual regression testing for the SaaS platform to ensure release quality and stability. The role covers validation of core functionality, configurations, workflows, and integrations across frequent releases, with a focus on early defect detection and release readiness.
Terms
- 45 hours per week
- Off-hours coverage (US-hours overlap) to support releases, hot-fixes, and global customers
Responsibilities
- Manual regression testing for platform releases and patches
- Release go/no-go sign-off
- Bug reproduction, triage, and validation of fixes
- Authoring and maintaining the Regression Test Plan/Suite
- Assist the automation team
- “How-to” documentation writing as needed
Skills
- Manual QA for SaaS platforms
- API testing (REST, Postman, or similar)
- Experience testing custom integrations and workflows
- Strong defect documentation and cross-functional communication
- Familiarity with QA, staging, and production release processes
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
