Productivity improvement through measurable output and efficient utilization of manpower, machines and resources. Preventive maintenance adherence, maintenance planning and timely closure of maintenancerelated action points. Effective coordination between maintenance and production, ensuring issues are identified early and resolved without unnecessary escalation. Employee discipline, performance monitoring, work allocation and development of the team under your supervision. Continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost control, machine efficiency and operational stability. Timely reporting of operational risks, deviations, breakdowns, manpower gaps and other matters requiring management intervention. Ownership of corrective actions and follow-through until closure, rather than merely reporting problems to management. Resource & Efficiency Control Measures Electricity, fuel and water consumption per case – monitor and control consumption against production output. Conversion cost – track monthly and reduce against an agreed baseline. Repeat breakdowns and repair time – identify recurring failures, record root causes and reduce repair time. Machine uptime – monitor uptime and take preventive/corrective actions to improve availability. Batch rejection, rework and packaging loss – monitor, reduce avoidable losses and improve process efficiency. These measures are intended to make resource consumption, conversion cost, machine reliability, losses, yield and quality measurable and subject to monthly review against agreed baselines. The expectation is that you will function as a solid second-line leader with explicit ownership of outcomes. Accountability will be measured not only by effort or activity, but by timely execution, problem resolution, cost control, productivity improvement and achievement of agreed operational targets. You are expected to take decisions within your authority, escalate critical matters without delay, maintain effective coordination with relevant departments, and ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed with discipline and measurable results.
