About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, has strong creative thinking, and wants hands-on experience working with brands and clients.

You don't need years of experience — strong content creation skills, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are more important.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple brands and clients.
- Develop monthly content calendars based on brand goals and campaigns.
- Come up with creative ideas for Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, products, campaigns, and upcoming priorities.
- Plan and coordinate social media shoots with the team and clients.
- Assist in executing shoots using a mobile phone and basic shooting equipment.
- Perform basic photo and video editing using Canva, VN, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Keep track of content schedules, deadlines, approvals, and posting requirements.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends,



Reels formats, popular content styles, and social media trends.
- Take ownership of assigned content and ensure it is completed with good quality and on time.

What We're Looking For

- Fresher or candidate with 1–2 year of experience in social media/content creation.
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of shooting videos/photos using a smartphone.
- Basic editing skills using Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Positive time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well with a team and coordinate with multiple people.
- Someone who is proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- A good eye for visuals, aesthetics, composition, and storytelling will be an advantage.

Freshers are welcome to apply, with good sense of content creation & video editing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
