Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Privacy Skilled with strong knowledge of privacy regulations and data protection frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing privacy practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising internal teams on data privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and protection regulations.

-Interpret and implement requirements under GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, and other applicable privacy laws.

-Conduct privacy assessments, data mapping, and risk assessments.

-Develop, review, and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and documentation.

-Support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy audits.

-Identify privacy risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

-Work with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.





-Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.

-Support data breach and privacy incident management processes.

-Provide guidance and awareness on data privacy and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-3–5 years of relevant experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, Privacy Compliance, or GRC.

-Strong knowledge of GDPR, India DPDP Act, and other applicable data privacy laws.

-Understanding of privacy principles, data governance, and compliance frameworks.

-Experience with privacy assessments, audits, DPIAs, and data mapping.

-Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
