Warehouse Operations

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials while maintaining safety standards.
- Allocate work to warehouse associates and monitor productivity.
- Maintain proper material handling and storage practices.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with transport, production, and customer teams for smooth dispatch planning.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with safety guidelines.

Data Entry & Documentation

- Perform accurate data entry in ERP, WMS, or Excel.
- Update inward, outward, stock transfer, and inventory records on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain dispatch documentation, gate passes, delivery challans, invoices, and inventory records.
- Verify documentation before system updates to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents for future reference.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
- Train warehouse associates on SOPs and operational procedures.
- Ensure shift handovers are completed with proper documentation.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
