- Monitor student performance and wellbeing, implementing strategies to enhance academic achievement and personal growth.
- Community and Parental Involvement:
- Establish strong relationships with parents and the community, facilitating open channels of communication.
- Organize events and initiatives involving parents and community members to enhance school visibility and support.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Manage the branch’s budget,



resources, and facilities to ensure effective operations and compliance with policies.
- Oversee admission processes, student enrollment, and retention strategies.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement:
- Conduct regular evaluations of educational programs and initiatives to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback from staff, students, and parents to enhance the educational experience.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and national educational standards and regulations.
