Job Summary
Exnovation Infolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who doesn't just manage social media—but makes people stop scrolling, engage, share, comment, and talk about the brand.

The ideal candidate should have a vibrant, unconventional, and highly creative mindset, with the ability to identify trends early, develop viral content ideas, take calculated creative risks, and turn ordinary brand communication into engaging social experiences.

You should understand what makes content go viral, while also knowing when a creative risk could negatively impact the brand and how to manage it.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Create creative, engaging and viral-focused content ideas.
- Monitor social media trends, memes, reels, challenges and emerging formats.
- Identify opportunities for real-time and trend-based marketing.
- Develop creative campaigns designed to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Work with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters and client servicing teams.
- Manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Analyse social media insights and improve content based on performance.
- Track reach, engagement, shares, saves, views, watch time and follower growth.
- Conduct competitor and audience research.
- Plan campaigns around festivals, trends, current events and relevant conversations.
- Take calculated creative risks while protecting the brand's reputation.
- Identify potential content risks, controversies or negative audience reactions before publishing.




- Present new campaign ideas and creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube trends.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of Reels, short-form videos, memes and trending content.
- Strong creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Ability to generate scroll-stopping content ideas.
- Strong understanding of audience psychology and social media behaviour.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
- Good risk assessment and crisis-management skills.
- Ability to take calculated creative risks and understand their possible impact.
