Position: Research Intern
Joining: Immediate joining required
Internship period - 6 months

Seeking students pursuing a 3-year LLB / 5-year LLB, BCOM, BAF, BMS, BBA, BA,etc & other relevant domains with an interest in:

- Corporate & Commercial Law
- Business strategy, operations, finance & Company Law
- Taxation & GST
- International & Foreign Business and it's associated laws and frameworks
- Cross-Border Transactions
- Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Aspects
- Contracts & Commercial Agreements
- Insolvency & allied areas

WORK & EXPOSURE:
Interns will be involved in:

- Research, case law and relevant subject matters analysis pertaining to business functions/domains
- Drafting research notes, legal opinions, business and finance research based work
- Corporate & commercial research related work pertaining to multiple domains
- Compliance and due diligence research
- Tracking market-based & legal developments
- Exposure to drafting and research across diverse areas of business functions including operations/finance
- First-hand exposure to real-time professional discussions and meetings pertaining to business functions




- Other associated and allied work as assigned

This internship is intended to provide exposure not only to research but also to the practical functioning of business practices, client-related discussions, professional meetings and associated legal works.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong command of English – mandatory
- Proficiency in research tools & MS Office
- Strong analytical, research & drafting skills
- Professionalism & commitment to learning

Strictly Offline/ Office based (Candidates looking for online internship need not apply)

11 AM – 7 PM

Candidates have to attend both Thane & Ulhasnagar offices.
