Job Description :

- The Technical Training & Centre of Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for technical training,
- student coordination, university/college engagement, industry-academia collaboration,
- internship coordination, visitor management and day-to-day Centre of Excellence operations.
- The position will act as a key interface between Silver Oak University, Royal Enfield- COE, students, external institutions, industry representatives and visitors

Qualification:

- Graduate / Undergraduate Degree in relevant field
- with relevant automotive technical training or workshop experience.

Skills :

- Solid understanding of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and motorcycle systems
- Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, diagnostics and workshop practices
- Strong communication, presentation and student-management skills
- University/college relationship and stakeholder-management abilities
- Planning, scheduling,



documentation and organizational skills
- Ownership, accountability, teamwork, problem-solving and proactive approach
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate Degree in relevant field with relevant automotive technical training or workshop experience.
