We are hiring For one of our client working in E Mobility we are hiring for the role of Service Head based in Noida

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end charger deployment, installation & commissioning
- Manage service, maintenance & troubleshooting of charging stations
- Ensure charger uptime and timely resolution of field issues
- Coordinate with charger manufacturers, technicians & site teams
- Manage deployment timelines and site readiness
- Build and manage service processes, SOPs & reporting
- Handle service escalations across our charging network

Looking for: Experience in EV charging / electrical infrastructure / field service operations, with robust execution, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in EV charging infrastructure
