What You'll Be Responsible For

- Respond to incoming customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and website forms — on the same day, every day
- Understand customer requirements: occasion, product type (cake/flowers/gift combo), delivery location, date, and customization needs
- Coordinate with vendors to check availability and get pricing for each order
- Prepare accurate final quotes for customers, maintaining our 40% margin guideline
- Confirm bookings and update the Order Sheet and Cronberry CRM on the same day as the transaction
- Follow up proactively with existing and past customers (including prior months' enquiries) ahead of their delivery date
- Follow up with customers before delivery to confirm details, and after delivery to check satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns or delivery issues calmly and escalate when necessary
- Ensure no enquiry or pending task is carried over to the next day
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and conversion

CRM tools (Cronberry), and Excel/Google Sheets
✅ Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and orders at once

✅ Target-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and daily discipline
✅ Willingness to learn our products, vendors, and internal processes

Added Advantage: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or CRM platforms; familiarity with gifting, retail, or hospitality industries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
