Job Title: AI & Product Video Editor
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and forward-thinking Video Editor who specializes in high-converting Product Video Editing and possesses a deep understanding of AI-driven video tools .
In this role, you won't just chop footage; you will combine traditional post-production craftsmanship with the efficiency of generative AI to create visually stunning, engaging, and high-performing video assets. If you know how to make a product look irresistible on screen and love automating the tedious parts of your workflow using AI to focus on high-level creativity, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Video Editing & Motion Graphics ● Edit high-retaining product videos, including e-commerce promos, social media ads (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), unboxings, and explainer videos. ● Color correct and grade footage to ensure product colors are vibrant, accurate, and premium. ● Integrate clean typography, motion graphics, and seamless transitions to highlight product features and perks. ● Sound design and mix audio to ensure background music, voiceovers, and sound effects (SFX) are perfectly balanced.

2. AI-Powered Workflow Integration ● Leverage generative AI video tools to speed up workflows, generate assets, and enhance visual effects. ● Use AI for automated captioning, smart reframing, background removal, voice cloning/cleaning, and B-roll generation. ● Stay ahead of the curve by testing and implementing emerging AI video/audio software to keep our content style ahead of competitors.

Strategy & Collaboration ● Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and marketing team to brainstorm concepts based on campaign briefs. ● Pacing edits specifically for digital platforms to maximize watch time, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. ● Manage and organize project files, raw footage, and final exports across different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).

Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical Proficiency ● Standard Editing Software: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro , DaVinci Resolve , or Final Cut Pro . ● Motion Graphics & VFX: Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (for tracking, masking, and text animations). ● AI Video Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with tools like Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Midjourney/DALL-E (for asset generation), ElevenLabs (for audio), Topaz Video AI (for upscaling), CapCut Pro , or Descript (for rapid AI editing).

2. Core Competencies ● E-commerce/Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Mindset: An understanding of what hooks a viewer in the first 3 seconds of a product video. ● Eye for Detail: Precision in pacing, audio syncing, and color accuracy. ● Adaptability: A passion for learning new technologies and pivoting as AI editing tech evolves. Experience Portfolio/Showreel Required: Must showcase a strong portfolio featuring product-focused edits (commercials, 3D/2D product integration) alongside examples of AI-assisted workflows or innovative editing techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
