Job Responsibilities
- Handle warranty and service claims in CRM/DMS.
- Check warranty eligibility and vehicle complaints.
- Process spare-parts requests and claim documents.
- Follow up with TATA Motors for claim settlement.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic software.
- Monitor workshop complaints and repeated issues.
- Coordinate vehicle PDI and delivery activities.
- Maintain training and technician performance records.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- B.Tech (Mechanical or Automobile)
- Freshers are eligible
- Location - Rajahmundry, Peddapuram
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
