We are currently looking to hire fresh graduates for the position of Marketing / Market Research Executive at our Hyderabad office.

About the Role

Ray Business Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Marketing team as Marketing / Market Research Executives.This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in Marketing, Market Research, Lead Generation, and Business Development. Selected candidates will receive basic training and will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential markets, and business opportunities.
- Research and gather information about prospective customers, companies, and target markets.
- Analyze competitor and market information to support marketing strategies.
- Assist the Marketing and Sales teams with lead generation activities.
- Identify and maintain relevant prospect information through online research.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of marketing databases and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and updated records using MS Excel and other tools.
- Support other marketing and research activities as required.

Skills & Competencies





- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Valuable internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Interest in Marketing, Market Research, Sales, or Business Development.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches.
- BBA / B.Com / MBA or relevant graduation/post-graduation qualification.
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates willing to work from our Hyderabad office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Training & Employment Terms

- Basic training will be provided to selected candidates.
- This is a Work-from-Office opportunity based in Hyderabad.
- The position is offered under a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) model, subject to performance and business requirements.
- Selected candidates will be required to comply with the company's one-year academic/security commitment and one-year service bond, as per company policy.
- Candidates should be willing to commit to a minimum one-year service period with the organization.
- Candidate should submit their original Certificates (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
