Job Summary

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations to support backend and branch operations. The role involves KYC verification, documentation, loan processing, compliance support, and coordination with branches and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend operations and coordinate with branches.
- Perform KYC verification and documentation.
- Support RBI compliance-related operational activities.
- Coordinate CIBIL verification and loan processing.
- Handle gold loan interest rebate and insurance claim follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
