Best Bakers are looking for an experienced and responsible Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Best Bakers outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer-handling, sales, cash-management, and team-coordination skills. Candidates with experience in bakery, FMCG, retail, supermarket, or food & beverage operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the bakery outlet.
- Supervise and coordinate sales, billing, cashier, and shop staff.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the shop.
- Monitor daily sales, cash collection, billing, and stock transactions.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the production/store team for replenishment.
- Monitor product display, freshness, quality, pricing, and expiry dates.
- Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product presentation.




- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, uniform, and discipline.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.

Requirements:-

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail, bakery, FMCG, supermarket, restaurant, or food-service operations.
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, inventory, and daily sales reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
