MMT RESORTS is hiring a Property Verification Executive for field work in ECR, Chennai.
Responsibilities:
- Visit villas, resorts and properties in person
- Meet property owners/managers
- Collect and verify property details
- Check location, BHK, facilities, capacity and pricing
- Take property photos and videos
- Collect owner and property contact details
- Update property information in Google Sheets/CRM
- Coordinate with the office team for property onboarding
Requirements:
- 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Valuable communication skills
- Smartphone required
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Willingness to travel within ECR and nearby areas
Job Type: Full Time, Field Work
Location: ECR, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
