We sell across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, as well as leading quick-commerce platforms.

Role: Return Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Return Warehouse Executive to manage end-to-end reverse logistics and returned inventory operations. The role will be responsible for receiving returned products, conducting quality checks, accurately updating inventory, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring returned products are properly segregated and processed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end return operations, including receiving, unloading, inspection, sorting, and processing of returned products.
- Receive returns from Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, quick-commerce platforms, and logistics partners.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) on returned products to identify damaged, defective, used, incomplete, or resalable items.
- Segregate returned products based on condition, such as Good/Resalable, Repair, Damaged, Defective, Missing Parts, and Scrap.
- Verify returned products against system records, invoices, order details, and return information.
- Maintain accurate return inventory and ensure timely system updates.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, wrong returns, missing items, and product mismatches.
- Process return transactions and inventory adjustments using Vinculum software.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, customer service, finance,



and logistics teams for return-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of return quantities, QC status, damages, shortages, and dispositions.
- Ensure returned products are properly labeled, packed, stored, and transferred to the appropriate location.
- Coordinate with logistics partners regarding return pickups, reverse shipments, and pending returns.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical reconciliation of returned inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly return and inventory reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure proper warehouse hygiene, organization, product identification, and systematic storage of returned goods.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and inventory control processes.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in returns, reverse logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce operations.
- Experience handling returns from Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, or quick-commerce platforms will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Vinculum or similar WMS/ERP software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle repetitive operational activities with accuracy and discipline.
