Sales Executive

ARCH Realty is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The role is ideal for candidates who are confident in communicating with customers, building relationships, following up on leads, and identifying recent sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and build strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, meetings, and site visits.
- Conduct property presentations and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Perform field visits, cold calling, and door-to-door activities when required.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards successfully closing deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain and regularly update the client and lead database.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, and performance.
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends and opportunities.

Job Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate




- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting clients.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge or interest in the real estate sector will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work in Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
