About the Role

Vibrant Bearings & Industrial Products is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, payments, receipts, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of accounting processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales and purchase entries, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Track customer outstanding payments and coordinate for timely payment collection.
- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with internal teams for timely payment processing.
- Perform regular bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing and payment-related queries.




- Maintain and update accounting records in Tally/ERP or other internal accounting systems.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of basic accounting reports.
- Support the senior accounts team during audits and provide required financial documents and records.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform other accounting and administrative activities as assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Billing, or related functions.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
