Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join the team at MyCarPresso, an auto body repair and service center. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling front-desk activities, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and basic service-related questions.
- Register customer details and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate customer appointments and service schedules with the concerned team.
- Receive and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or team member.
- Provide customers with basic information regarding services, offers, and estimated timelines.
- Support billing, documentation, and other basic administrative activities when required.
- Maintain daily customer and front-desk records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer flow and service operations.




- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives at the outlet.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager/Store Head.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduates are preferred.
- Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or similar applications.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
