We Are Hiring: Senior Executive – Accounts / Assistant Manager – Accounts

KLM Assets Fin is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts / Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our Head Office at Kothamangalam.

The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, monitoring branch-level financial activities, ensuring accurate reconciliations, strengthening financial controls, and supporting management with timely financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting and finance activities at Head Office.
- Review branch-wise accounts, transactions, collections, deposits, and financial records.
- Prepare and verify BRS, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Monitor NACH mandates, cheque movements, deposits, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with branches for timely submission and verification of financial data.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective actions.




- Prepare branch-wise MIS and financial reports for management.
- Support internal/statutory audits, compliance, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and documentation procedures.
- Guide and coordinate with junior accounts staff, wherever required.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–10years in Accounts/Finance.
- Experience in NBFC, Chit Fund, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
- Candidates from Kothamangalam, Muvattupuzha, and nearby locations preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
