About the role
We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to run and scale profitable Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns for D2C brands on Shopify.

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage Meta sales, Advantage+ Shopping, catalogue, and retargeting campaigns
- Build and test audiences across prospecting and retargeting
- Plan and test ad creatives, hooks, and copy with the design team
- Manage the Shopify–Meta catalogue, Pixel, and Conversions API tracking
- Optimise budgets and bids to hit ROAS and CPA targets
- Share weekly performance reports with insights and next steps





Requirements

- 1–3 years running Meta Ads for Shopify or D2C brands
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and CAPI, and Shopify analytics
- Data-driven, with good Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Google Ads knowledge or a Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
