Ops Associate

We are building the consumer company for where you live.

The first product is the smartest way to rent a home in India. You tell us what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, searches and coordinates across a fragmented offline market, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including 0 security deposit upfront. What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really good afternoon.

But renting is only where we enter the relationship. Where you live quietly shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, which neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home. We think AI makes it possible to build an entirely new consumer experience around that relationship, one that becomes more useful the longer someone stays with us.

Over time, we should help you rent a home, understand your housing history, know what matters around where you live, make every move easier than the last, and eventually help you buy your first home.

We’ve raised $750k from a stealth fund, whose backers include Abstract Ventures, Bain Capital and Long Journey. We are still a very small team, which means the people joining now will have an absurd amount of influence over what we becomes.

Compensation: Highly market-competitive salary + meaningful ESOPs

The Role

We’re hiring Ops Associates to help build the operating system in Gurgaon.

This is not a desk-only ops role. You’ll be on the ground with brokers, tenants, societies, and the team,



figuring out how the rental market actually works and helping us build the playbook from zero.

Your work will sit across broadly these areas (and many more, depending on your creativity :D):

Role Description – Operations Associate

- Strategy & Business Growth: Work closely with the founding team to develop strategies, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to building and scaling the operations.

- Operations & Business Management: Manage day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, build scalable processes, and ensure smooth coordination across business functions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams, including product, technology, and business, to execute projects, solve operational challenges, and improve overall efficiency.

- Broker Partnerships & Market Expansion: Build and manage relationships with brokers, tenants, and housing societies through field visits, onboarding, partnerships, and engagement initiatives to strengthen the presence in the rental market.

- Ground Intelligence & Special Projects: Conduct on-ground market research, gather customer and broker insights, identify business opportunities, and lead special projects, events, and initiatives that drive product improvement and business growth.
