✔EMR - We completely use Digital Prescriptions, candidates are expected to be able to prescribe quickly.
✔ Valid Medical Council registration in Kerala — mandatory
✔ Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care or general practice
✔ Comfortable with high-volume, EMR-based outpatient practice

About Us

We are a structured primary care facility delivering accessible, ethical, and patient-centred outpatient medical services. The clinic operates with organised patient flow, defined clinical protocols, and a professional care environment. Our team includes 4 full-time OPD Physicians supported by a 25-member operations workforce.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced General Physician for our OPD team. This is a consultation-only, long-term engagement — no procedures, no surgeries. The role suits a clinician who values structured practice, a fixed predictable schedule, and a professionally managed primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations for walk-in and scheduled patients
- Provide primary diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions, and follow-up guidance
- Offer clinical guidance to nursing staff as required
- Review patients in the observation ward when needed
- Maintain accurate records via the clinic's EMR system (training provided)

Work Schedule

- Fixed duty hours:



42 hours per week
- Shifts: 6 days per week | 7 hours per shift
- Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Shift is assigned at joining and remains fixed — no rotations, no schedule changes

Patient Volume

Expected OPD load: 60–80 consultations per shift. This is a high-volume outpatient setting. Candidates must be comfortable with structured, quick-paced clinical flow.

Leave Policy

2 unpaid leaves permitted per calendar month.

Compensation

- Salary disbursed via bank transfer
- Expected Monthly Gross Pay will be ₹63,000 - ₹73,000 (10% TDS will be deducted and credited to your PAN)

Engagement Terms

- 3-month probation from date of joining
- Transition to permanent engagement subject to performance review, including patient satisfaction metrics and clinical conduct assessment
- Long-term contract offered upon confirmation (~2 years)
- Exit clause: 45 days' written notice by either party

Freshers and candidates without active KSMC registration need not apply.

Pay: ₹63,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
