About the Role

We are looking for a ERP Functional Executive – Fresher who is interested in working with ERP applications, understanding business processes, and interacting with clients. The role involves requirement analysis, ERP implementation support, coordination with development teams, testing, and client support.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel, and an interest in learning ERP systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand their business needs and operational requirements.
- Collect and document functional requirements from customers.
- Study existing ERP features and identify suitable solutions for customer requirements.
- Identify functional gaps and coordinate with the development team for required enhancements or customizations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating ERP implementation activities.
- Work with technical and development teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Review developed features and verify them against the agreed requirements.
- Coordinate functional testing and support the resolution of identified issues.
- Participate in issue discussions and help prioritize issues based on customer requirements and business impact.
- Coordinate with clients during testing, feedback, issue clarification, and acceptance.
- Provide functional support to clients after implementation.




- Follow up on reported issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Obtain client confirmation and acceptance after issues or requested changes are completed.
- Maintain requirement documents, testing details, issue records, and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Requirements

- Any Graduate degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.
- Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn current ERP modules, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
